This is a Full Hookup Site, for ANY size rig. Pull in/ back in/ plenty of turn around area- bring your bikes, bring your boat, bring your kayaks, and stand up paddle boards! Bring all your toys! Kayak Launch Available Electric is 30 amp & 50 amp- water & sewer This area is next to our residence. We do give all our guests their privacy. This is not an RV Resort, just a privately owned, simple RV Spot, with an amazing view. One of a Kind! It is situated amongst residential buildings, and you may see other people/ vehicles occasionally- maybe. The area is around .25 acres, and a small section by the road is also sometimes used for 1-2 boat trailer parking (BUT- definitely, NOT encroaching on the "site" at all). Located in Goodland Fl where boating, shelling, fishing, biking, kayaking, dolphin sighting is a lifestyle. It is a direct waterfront location, 15 steps to the waters edge, of the Goodland Bay. Goodland is a historic fishing village, located 5 miles south of Marco Island, 25 minutes from Naples. During the winter months, there are 4 local restaurants, within walking distance, live music, and a fresh seafood market. We are located 1/2 mile from the Goodland Boat Park, where many eco tours, and shelling tours operate from. We offer Wifi, and have Laundry facilities, included with your stay, as well. We have a 4 person Maximum No outside guests are permitted without permission. No tent camping. June-October only The Crabby Lady Restaurant is open: be sure to check their summer time hours. Marco Island stays in full swing all summer long.
