Escape to the peaceful pines of Highlands County at our private, spacious, single-site campsite in Sun N Lakes Estates. Nestled among tall pines on sandy terrain, this property offers a true opportunity to get away from it all. It is perfect for relaxing under the trees or exploring Florida’s natural beauty. Wake up to the cheerful songs of local birds and enjoy the shade of mature pines surrounding your exclusive campsite. As a work-in-progress retreat, we are continually making upgrades for added comfort and convenience. Recent improvements include a brand-new rustic outhouse for guest comfort. With only one campsite on the property, you will have plenty of space and privacy for your group. Whether you are seeking a quiet retreat, a basecamp for outdoor adventure, or simply wish to unplug in nature, our evolving little oasis is the perfect spot. While the site feels tucked away in nature, this is a rural area and the surrounding neighborhood can occasionally be lively. It’s not unusual to hear the sounds of ATVs or distant gunshots from recreational shooting nearby. Most guests still find the property peaceful, but we want guests to be aware of these occasional rural sounds when choosing to stay.
