This beautiful 40 acre partially wooded property offers room to relax, fish, and unwind — while staying close to Gainesville and the area’s top attractions. Close to UF, Gainesville racetrack, 3 beautiful springs and the towns of Alachua, High Springs and the city of Gainesville Florida. All an easy drive, less than 20-30 minutes away. We live on the property and the owner was born here so he knows the area like the back of his hand.
