Private FHU site located in Weeki Wachee, Florida, on a canal with direct access to the spring fed Weeki Wachee River and the Gulf of America. Site is covered with a gravel base and can accommodate up to a 34 ft RV. Site come with 120-volt receptacles, 30/50 amp service, water, and sewer. Private dock is available, and you're just minutes from the boat ramp. A picnic area with table, gas grill, fire pit, kayaks, and SUPs are provided. Conveniently located within an hour of both Tampa and Orlando. Property is approximately 1/4 acre and located in a quiet island community and just 10 minutes away from the famous mermaid shows at Weeki Wachee State Park. It is also an easy 30 minute drive from Crystal River and Homosassa so that you can enjoy the crystal clear waters of multiple rivers in the area. Opportunity to see manatees and other wildlife daily while enjoying your coffee in the morning or barbequing in the afternoon. A short boat ride to the Gulf where you can enjoy excellent fishing, dolphins, or the locally famous sand flats.
