This spacious corner lot with full (30/50) hookups is just a few hundred feet to a pristine, white sand, pet friendly beach. Beautiful, quiet, small town atmosphere great for golf carts or family bike rides or sportsmen. Located close to great restaurants and bars (some even walking distance) this can be the perfect place to just relax and enjoy the Florida gulf coast. This back in concrete pad is 30x30 with a 30 and 50 amp hook up, water and sewer, and washing machine and offers an outdoor shower and fire pit.
