TIMAKWA Lakeside Campsites are located on the west side of Orange Lake, Florida—once inhabited by Timucuan Indians, Spanish missionaries, and local fishermen. The campsites sit beneath shady cypress tree limbs on the north side of the property, which is teeming with sandhill cranes, eagles, cattle, and other wildlife. Relaxation is built into the landscape. Whether you enjoy kayaking, fishing, or birdwatching, our campsites offer something for everyone. You’ll also have access to a private boat ramp and covered boat slips.
