Welcome to Constitucion, a peaceful 0.24-acre primitive sanctuary designed for the self-contained explorer. Located in a quiet rural setting, this lot offers the perfect balance between 'off-grid' privacy and proximity to Florida’s best natural wonders. The property is conveniently located off main roads with very easy access. Prime Location for Nature Lovers: * Rainbow Springs State Park: Minutes away for world-class kayaking and swimming. * Bird Creek Beach: A hidden gem only 29 mins away—perfect for sunset views. * Goethe State Forest & Gulf Hammock: Endless trails for hiking and wildlife spotting. * Blue Run of Dunnellon Park for paddling, kayaking, or tubing. * Big Cypress Boardwalk trail. Do you want a small piece of ocean? Drive no more than 29 minutes to Bird Creek Beach, small but peaceful. Important: This is 100% primitive camping. Please bring your own water and waste management.
